108 House: Co-Ed Inpatient Facility

108 house - The Refuge

The 108 House operates Residential Services to provide individuals in need with an intensive, highly structured treatment environment.

Through our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) rehabilitation services, our program offers a variable stay ranging from 3 to 6 months, during which clients are assessed for any additional treatment needs as required. All treatment is based on the voluntary agreement of the client for placement.

Comprehensive assessments are conducted covering clinical, mental health, legal, family, and medical needs. Based on the intake interview and assessments, the client and the clinical team collaboratively develop an individualized treatment plan to guide the client’s treatment experience.

The Adult Residential Services at The 108 House provide cognitive, behavioral, educational, vocational, and peer support interventions aimed at promoting pro-social adaptation to life without drugs and alcohol. Our treatment curriculum emphasizes the development of skills that will assist participants in successful community reintegration, including social and cognitive skill building, vocational preparation, relapse prevention, community integration, and continuing care planning.

Our program serves both genders, offering inclusive support to all individuals in need.

The length of treatment is determined by individualized assessed need, and Continuing Care services provide critical social and clinical support after program completion, ensuring sustained success in recovery and community reintegration.
