We offer short & long term housing care for individuals who no longer require hospitalization, but still need time to heal from injury or illness.
Our primary aim is to prevent individuals from being discharged from the hospital only to return to the streets, providing a safe and supportive environment for their recovery journey.
Furthermore, we specialize in addressing mental health and substance use disorder needs post-hospitalization. If you're transitioning from healing care or inpatient hospitalization and meet HUD's definition of homelessness, we're here to offer continued support and care tailored to your unique circumstances. Additionally, for individuals grappling with alcohol-related issues, we provide an alternative to emergency department or jail placement through our Sobering Center services, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for recovery and assistance. At our facility, your well-being and journey toward healing are our utmost priorities.
